Well, in the wild month of October, there have been many happenings on the stock market. Oil prices have soared, and many equity firms and banks have struggled due to the sub prime market blowout, yet some companies appear to be thriving. One of those companies is Alltel, who once again, have posted a profit and whose stock price is reflecting the company’s success. For the second consecutive quarter, Alltel showed a significant profit and their stock price has also gained. That is good news for Alltel shareholders, and now it is only a matter of time to see how much farther the stock price will go.
