Smart Marketing: Mozes the new MySpace.

Let’s face it. MySpace is huge, and a very successful company that was started on a risky idea. Users can use MySpace for free, but advertisers pay big money to advertise on the space. Well, a company called Mozes is taking this to the next level by going mobile. Mozes is a company that will allow any user to sign up, but it is targeting the music industry in specific. Mozes uses the same ideas as MySpace, but is also offering updates on customer’s favorite bands. For example, bands will now be able to notify their fans of new music releases and concert ticket availability. This new twist on the mobile marketing device appears to be picking up pretty quickly. The service was used at several concerts already and it is estimated that about one half of all those in attendance used the service.
