In the last post, we touched on condos as all the rage in Las Vegas and Arizona. The fact of the matter, though, is that they are also all the rage in other areas of the West. One place where real estate is still relatively affordable, but has amazing growth potential, is in Salt Lake City, Utah.

With folks from the "left coast" looking to get away from the crowds and the pollution, the intermountain west appears as a haven. After all, it is fairly uncrowded, clean and much less expensive. And the climate is temperate, unlike the heated climes of Las Vegas and southern Arizona.

Take a look at the Salt Lake City area. You might be surprised at the surprising growth that is taking place.
