Today saw a dramatic increase in the markets, globally and locally.

The Dow Jones went up 112.50 points today and the Nasdaq gained 58.15.  If you are a follower of the S&P 500, the stocks were up 26.12 there and world markets also saw dramatic increases.

The volatile market shifts are a response to the great sell off earlier this week that saw world markets drop substantially.  Inflation, trade imbalances/surpluses and fuel prices are blamed for the volatility.
