As promised, since so many people abandon their debt plan (budget) before even completing it, I’m going to share the #1 reason this happens.  Can you guess it?

It’s the lack of an entertainment section in your budget (or setting it too low).  You will NOT succeed in your budget, just like in a diet, if the budget is too chafing.

Remember, it’s not ’sticking to’ the budget that seems to rub people the wrong way, it’s the lack of enjoyment that provides the reasoning behind most people’s abandonment of their budget.
