What always amazes me is when a consultant takes time to tailor a debt management plan for a client and, even after careful intruction, the client fails to implement the plan. 

Of course, this happens when you create your own plan as well.  You create something that can allow you to find financial success and, because of a variety of factors, you fail to implement or stick to the plan.
