Customer Service

Thinking successfully means planning successfully.  Often, when I am in the middle of a mountain of work, I’m just putting out fires, rather than ‘building’ my business.  However, because I am a major ‘planner’, even my time spent doing regular, fire-fighting work can become great business building time.

For instance, because I have set up my office to make following up on leads/referrals easy, I am much more effective.  In fact, it even streamlines the way I let clients know a project is on target. 

I can be in the middle of a project and send an automated email at 20%, 60%, and 90% completion.  This requires no more work from me, but it makes an impact on my client, definitely.

What can you do, in an automatic way, that will help the customer service or lead generation area of your business?
