marketing socialsA creative approach to gaining new business in some markets is to offer a way to reach out to new families or businesses in your local area.

Nothing is more overwhelming than coming into a new location than being slammed with sales calls and mailings for services that one ‘must have’.

Consider working with your local chamber of commerce or realtor assocation to get the ‘inside’ on any new home purchases or businesses that are in the area.

You could offer a ‘welcome’ social at your place of business and get local companies to come and display their products and services as a way for new business or families to ‘explore’ options in their area.

This could include anything from home furnishings to auto dealers.  The sky is the limit with this type of outreach marketing.
