Private Real Estate Investors

When starting a real estate business your biggest need is mostly captial. In order to obtain financing for your first few investment properties you will have to have cash, equity in a personal property, or a line of credit large enough to work with.
If you find yourself without one of these areas you can still find no-money-down properties through auctions, assumable loans, and owner sale real estate.
Another great option for investing in real estate is to find a partner that has the prior resources and is willing to offer the cash for your ’sweat’ equity in a property or management of a sale.
Ask your local network or consider looking into current property owner networks to find such a person.
