Marketing Your Strengths
March 14th, 2006 by jhampton

When creating a marketing strategy, consider your strengths and weaknesses. What do you do best and what could you do better?
It’s ok to share with you clients and potential customers what you do best. Be sure not to exagerate your well-doing because most people will see right through it.
So how do you determine what ’strengths’ you should focus on? There are several areas that most customers really want to see as strong in any company they do business with.
- Customer service and relations. Don’t try and fake this one. You could have the best product in the world, but if your service isn’t behind it, it won’t last long.
- Guarantee of products/services. When someone does do business with you, they want to know that there is a method and process of recourse if they find themselves unhappy.
No matter what your strengths may be, these are two areas that you need to review in your company and make appropriate changes to get them in line with your values.
