Customers Are Your Biggest Marketing Assets

Smart Marketing

Nothing sells your product or service like your customers.  Keeping them happy and notified is key in creating a good buzz about your product or service.  Communication with customers is probably the most effective way of keeping them smiling.  Marketing through effective communication comes in many forms.

Pick up the phone and give them a call.  Nothing tells a customer they are important like a phone call.  If there is something new or just to say thanks, a five minute personal call will go a long way in the marketing department.

Other mediums such as email and newsletters are great to keep customer’s up-to-date on the latest news or promotions about your company.  Don’t sell them through this outlet, just inform.  A blog would also be very beneficial for your clients.  Providing useful tools and tips on a blog will keep them feeling that you care for them and they will tell others.  Talk about free marketing.

Small things such as remembering birthdays, sending cards at holidays and sending an occasional funny post card can bring customers to a place of long-term relationships with you and your company.
